| Greetings! |
| Check airline arrivals on Google Don't waste time calling the airlines |
| With the holidays coming up, do you dread calling the airlines to check on flight arrival times? It's really not necessary. You can do it on Google. Click here to go to Google's website: www.Google.com. In the long white Search box type the airline and flight number, for example United 222. (Be sure to use a space between them.) Then LEFT click Google Search. The first line of search results will say: A map will appear on your screen showing the current location of the flight. To the right of the map you will see a status chart, indicating the flight's origination and destination cities, it's current status and other flight information. If you're really bored, you can continue to watch the map and see the location of the aircraft change every minute. This tip is found on page 82 of my book, Taming Your Computer -- The Simple Basics.
