| Changing your margins in Microsoft Word -- permanently! |
| Do the 1.25" left and right page margins in Microsoft Word drive you crazy? Do you change them every time you type a new document? Would you like to change them PERMANENTLY? It's simple. Just click File, then click Page Setup. Click in the "Left" box (that's the left margin) and type in the new left margin size you'd like. I use 1". Click in the "Right" box (that's the right margin) and type in the new size. I use 1" here too. Then look in the bottom left corner of this dialog box and click "Default." A warning message will appear asking if you want to change the default settings for page setup. Click "Yes" and you're done!
