Making Computers Easier to Use
Beginning computer users have asked me for help on learning the basic tips and tricks to using computers, so I've decided to begin posting them here for all to see. I will post a weekly computer tip on a wide variety of subjects and hope you find them helpful. Many of these tips will come from one of my books, Taming Your Computer -- The Simple Basics (for beginning to intermediate computer users) or Taming Your Computer -- Beyond the Basics (for computer users with some basic experience. Both books are written in Plain English that mere mortals can understand. They are also in large type so they are very easy to read. Diagrams accompany the step-by-step instructions, so you always know what should be appearing on your screen. If you like the books, you may order them from my website: www.TamingYourComputer.com. You may also sign up for my free monthly e-mail newsletter (ezine) on the website. It's filled with lots of computer information for computer users of all skill levels.
About Me
- Computer Lady
- I love teaching senior citizens to use computers. I'm a senior myself, so I'm working with my peers. When I work with you in your home on your computer, I don't sit in front of your computer and TELL you want to do. You sit in front of your computer while I TEACH you what to do. I also write step-by-step instructions for you to follow when I'm not there.
